About Me

I'm Les and I'm a food nerd.  It started when I was in the Navy and had some phenomenal food in the Mediterranean and Middle East.  I've also lived all over the US.  In my other (real) business, I needed to know how to create videos, so I decided to start this as a mechanism to practice doing just that.  There will be recipes here, but also content about equipment.  It's a guy thing.

Part of the fun of cooking is sharing what you create.  Sharing with the family is especially great because they get to learn a bit in the kitchen.

Yeah, we'll do that.  But don't let that stop you from experimenting.  Hopefully this can be a jumping off point for you as you create your own style.
